Halloween

I find it very interesting that a little costume makeup will make some people nervous and on edge.

Today I dressed up as a zombie for Halloween because a couple people at Big Planet invited me to be part of their Michael Jackson’s Thriller dance. Every year for Nu Skin Enterprises, there is a Halloween contest and there is about $300 dollars for first prize up for grabs.

So I dressed up as a zombie and we had practiced our dance a few times and because of the time we put in, we got second place which was $250.

So the story here today is that after work was over and all was said and done, I thought about going over to some of my friends houses to show them my costume. I was sort of shocked that what I was wearing actually made some girls freak out. There was one girl in particular that could not even be in the same room as me.

My costume took about 1 hour to put on. What we did was we mixed up some Malt-O-Meal and put that on our faces for texturing. We covered that with liquid latex so that it would stay on our faces. After that we painted our faces and hair and that is about all we did to make this happen.

All I have to say is that when I took the face off I was good and ready. The gross part of the whole thing was sticking my finger into the stuff on my face. The Malt-O-Meal was still moist and sticky. I just have to say this one more time because I said it so many times that evening… “Malt-O-Meal the breakfast of champions!”
