My Scratch Is Back

I have been blessed with several good stories to share due to the lack of having a car to drive to work each day. One month has passed and now I have my car back. One month without a car has been sufficient to help me be happy with all the problems one faces by having a car.

This last school year I named my Scratch due to the fact that I took off some paint and dented the door when parking my car one day. My car Scratch is back in my possession, but I cannot call it scratch anymore. I decided to fix the door on my car while other portions of the car were being fixed.

To get Scratch fixed it only cost me $2,152. Not that bad for a fender bender. The $152 is the extra the guy charged me to get the door back to normal.

I am happy to have my car back, but at the same time I am unhappy because stupid things like my lock on the drivers side door is not unlocking, my doors are freezing shut at night, my car is rattling, the front light is not working, and the stupid thing is due for an oil change and many other repairs.

I love having the freedom of having a car.
