Today I had a little incident with one of the supervisors where I work. I think the guy is out to get me fired. I have had multiple problems where Pete has done things to try and get me in trouble. Today's experience made me want to get up and just walk out. There were several people who witnessed the event and below are the emails that were sent to other people to try and get this problem resolved.
First of all, lets start with my email.

Hey, you probably got another email from Pete today from him telling you that I am a horrible TSR.
And of course I am in his eyes I feel. No matter what I do, I seem to always be on
Pete's bad side, but not in anyone else's eyes.
Here is the story for you today.
I was sitting here doing chat and waiting for a chat to come in. The queue was approaching 4 min so I did not jump on the phones yet.
Crista could not find a TA because the TA's were busy in meetings or doing other things. She said "You know quite a bit about the DWP" and asked if I could help. Christa started asking me questions and I was just answering some questions while I was sitting there. I thought helping someone else was a good alternative to just sitting at my desk and doing nothing.
I scooted my chair over to her desk to show her how to possibly fix a problem that she was having and while I was over there, Pete came walking up the row really fast and got on my computer and started chewing me out for not getting on the phones like I was asked to do.
Pete said that I received an email from Elison 10 min earlier which is a lie. I think he just makes things up to make me look worse. While I was sitting there helping Crista, I saw that an email come in because I was watching my screen for chat requests. That email came in just a few minutes before Pete came over.
And the bad part of everything was that I had another internet screen (hotmail) up on my screen so it looked like I was
completely wasting the companies time. Once again I look like a junky TSR to Pete without him asking the situation or being understandable at all with what was going on.
He got after me that I am not a TA and my responsibility is not to help others. I tried to explain, but he would not listen and just was mad at me. All I told him was that I am sorry and I will do better and that I would watch the queue better. And then he walked off mad.
And so you now have a ticked off employee who is not happy. I don't know if I can put up with crap like this anymore. I am sick of things like this happening to me. Talk to Crista and get her view point of the story. Talk to Stacy, or talk to Vegor they saw what happened because they got back to the row because Pete's meeting was then out of session.

Now lets hear Crista's Story

I just Witnessed an encounter between Pete and Steve and I did not like what I saw. It up set me so bad that I had to take a break
because I was very nervous and I kept dropping things and I couldn't think.
Pete vigorously approached Steve and was getting after him. I felt like it was partly my fault and I should have been confronted the same as Steve. Pete didn't even look at me and I was trying to tell him that it was partly my fault. Everyone was in a team meeting on my row so I quickly asked Steve a question and then he was yelled at
because he was on chat. Now I know that we were both in the wrong because I could have gone and found a TA and Steve should have refused to help me. However it was the way the problem was addressed. I really felt the animosity that Pete has for Steve and I thought that there was going to be a fist fight or a yelling match but Steve handled it very well by telling him that he was sorry and he will do better. This also upset Stacy enough that she e-mailed Andy H. It was very unprofessional. I don't know what you can do about it. But if this is the way that Pete handles things that I don't want to be a part of his team. Thanks

And now lets here Stacy's email she sent off to other people (she is not a supervisor, but in a higher position than I am in.

Andy-
Earlier today I witnessed some disciplinary action taken by one of our TL's (Pete) that was unacceptable.
Here's what happened. One of our veteran TSR's (on Brook's team) was helping one of our newer TSR's with an issue a rep was calling in about. The Veteran TSR was on chat, and so he was helping while watching his chat. While he was helping, the
queue got over 4 minutes, (at which time everyone on chat is supposed to jump on the phone to help bring the
queue down) and he didn't notice. When the TL came over to see why the vet wasn't helping out with the
queue and noticed he was helping someone else he reprimanded him in front of everyone on the row (about 7 people). It wasn't a "hey, thanks for helping out one of our newbies, but we need you on the phones." it was "Are you a TA? You're first responsibility is to the
queue, not other TSR's." When the TSR tried to explain what was going on the TL said "you know that when the
queue gets beyond 4 minutes you get on, the new TSR can go find a TA somewhere else." all of this was said in a cranky, condescending tone, and the TL didn't give the TSR any chance to explain himself.
I did NOT think this was handled very professionally at all. Yes, the TSR needed to be talked to...but either say it in a nice way so they know they were in the wrong, or take them into an empty office or at least away from their co-workers and talk to them about it elsewhere.
I now have 2 TSR's on my row who fear Pete, and don't want to be on his team. The Newbie (girl) is now scared of him, and the vet has told his current TL (Brook) he will quit before he goes on Pete's team. I don't want to work in a hostile work environment.
Thanks, I just thought you should know.
Stacy

So I think I am destined to not be a happy employee here at Big Planet. I wish that I were no longer here at this company doing the job that I am currently doing. I hope to have a new job soon.
I just talked to my real supervisor, Brook. He is a really good guy and is very understanding. I was going to have to go onto Pete's team until I worked things out so that I would not have to go on Pete's team. I just have to keep my act in order so that Pete does not find a way to get me fired one day.
